PRE-ORDER means that the product is not currently in stock but you can still place your order as per normal if you'd like to secure your favourite pieces and it's size before the item sells out.

The benefit of purchasing pre-order items is that you will secure your selected pieces & size without risking the item becoming sold out shortly after we list it online.

Demand can be very high on certain items & frequently they can sell out completely via pre-order before they physically arrive in stock.

Production time can vary but this will be specified in the product's description.

Inspired Jewelry is not held liable for any delays that may occur but we promise we will do everything we can to get your item to you as fast as possible. 

Normally, we do not accept cancellation of pre-orders and they are final sale as they are ordered in specially for you. If the item not matching your expectation or you change your mind, want another pieces instead, a store credit will be issued instead not a refund. So please take extra care when placing your order.
