The benefit of purchasing pre-order items is that you will secure your selected pieces & size without risking the item becoming sold out shortly after we list it online.

Demand can be very high on certain items & frequently they can sell out completely via pre-order before they physically arrive in stock.

Normally, we do not accept cancellation of pre-orders and they are final sale as they are ordered in specially for you. If the item not matching your expectation or you change your mind, want another pieces instead, a store credit will be issued instead not a refund. So please take extra care when placing your order.
