RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your package for exchange or return. Then, you must just ship your package back to us.
All jewelry must be returned unworn and in their original condition and packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
We are carefully inspect all of pieces before they ship out. If ever an item arrives damaged, it must be reported to me immediately - within 24 hours.

RETURNED PACKAGE
We will not offer a refund if a package is returned for the following reasons:
1) The address provided by you was not correct.
2) The package is unclaimed once attempted to be delivered.
We will offer the possibility to have the package reshipped once the jewelry has been sent back to me. In that case, We will send you a message to confirm the shipping address, and you will need to pay a re-shipping and handling costs before sending the package again.
